This particular paint job we let it dry for approximately a hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours before peeling off the paint the tape excuse me that boarder the paint job. Special type of blue tape that works well with latex also and peels off easily revealing smooth clean edges after you are finish painting. It is easy to clean this stuff up. To clean your tools and remove splatters with simple warm soapy water and you can rinse with clean water.
