Removing Foil From a Trifle Serving Dish for Lemon Mousse

Hi, I'm Karen for Expert Village. I put our lemon mousse into the freezer to let it set. Now, before we decorate it I'm going to remove the foil collar very carefully so that you don't damage the mousse and just take that foil collar right off and discard it. See how the mousse has come up above the trifle dish? It has a very nice look and if there's any mousse along the side, you'll just simply wipe it off to clean it up, just go around and clean up the bowl if there's anything on there. Okay, now we'll whip some cream to decorate the top and we'll decorate it with fresh mint leaves and our little purple flowers.
