Transferring Lemon Mousse to a Trifle Dish
Hi, I'm Karen for Expert Village. As soon as your whipped cream is folded in, you want to transfer it to your serving dish. It's not good to let it sit, because then when you go to put it in your serving dish, you will just be pushing the air out again. So you want to fold it in and very quickly move it to your serving dish. We'll get all of that out. So this is a 4 quart trifle and this recipe has come up about this far up into our foil collar. We'll set this in the refrigerator to chill for about 8 hours and then we'll decorate it when it firms up. It can also be frozen, you can also put this in your freezer and serve frozen lemon mousse.
