Hello! This is Ross on behalf of Expert Village.com, and this is my dance partner Cindy. We are going to demonstrate another basic step in swing and that is the triple step. You may want to use the triple if the music is slower or if the music style gives that feel, because the stepping allows you to sway a little bit more. It also can be used to make turns when you are doing triple steps, because you are taking more steps instead of taking one, two rock step. What we are doing is triple step, triple step, rock step, so you are taking three times the steps. I will begin on my left and Cindy will begin on her right, ready, go, triple step triple step rock step, triple step triple step rock step, triple step triple step rock step, triple step triple step rock step, triple step triple step rock step, one and two, three and four, five six, one and two, three and four, rock step and that is a triple step.
