Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole shrimp crab salad. Once again we got our dressing which consistent of that mayo the sour cream the Worcestershire the lemon juice then we added in the garlic, then we put in our bell peppers the red the green and the yellow. Then we tossed in our onions the red onions and those green onion bottoms now for the celery that we chopped up which is going to add a nice crunch to this. So here we go again as you can see that the dressing is starting to thicken out with all those other ingredients in there, our holy trinity is now in. As well as the garlic and we can still use the whisk at this point cause we're not actually going the whisk is not going to break up any of those veggies that we added. It kind of aerates that dressing so we get all that incorporate it and we'll be back with the next step.
