How To Do A Revolved Triangle Yoga Pose

Hello, my name is Samantha Raphael on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip I'll be demonstrating Revolved Triangle. Step your right foot forward, step your left foot back about three feet behind your right foot. Align your right heel with your left instep. Take your right hand onto your right hip and push it back. With an inhale, lift your left arm. Also lift all the muscles along your right leg, from here with an exhale, reach up and over your right leg, feel that right hip shift back as your left hip moves forward. You can either stop at your leg, placing your left hand onto your right leg, or you can place your left hand outside of your right foot. Push that right hip back a little bit more, when you're ready with an inhalation reach your right arm up toward the ceiling and see if you can hold it here for about five breaths, as you take a breath out look down at your right foot and then come straight up. Good, and then step your right foot back and come back to center.
