Ingredients for Greek Salad Dressing

Hi this is Karen for Expert Village now I'm going to show you how to make 3 different salad dressings that are all good for the greek salad. First I'll show you how to make a quick traditional one very quick and easy salad dressing. The next one will also be traditional flavors but a little bit more involved and then the last one will be sort of a special one with sweet and sour. It has sundried tomatoes in it and it has a little bit of a tangy flavor so I have these 3 dressings that are all appropriate to use on your Greek salad. Lets start with the quick easy traditional one our quick and easy traditional dressing is going to need a very good olive oil, you want an extra virgin olive oil because thats going to be the main flavor in the dressing, fresh lemon and salt and pepper to taste.
