Forearm Swing Circles in Indian Club Fitness Exercise Training
Hi my name is Julio Anta of Anta’s Fitness and Self Defense in Miami, Florida and my website is www.miamikettlebell.com and the next move that I am going to show you is a grip training move that works your forearm but it is also a compound move. It is a swing circle for your forearms and again, 3 fingers on the knob, on the stem, the pinkie on the knob. You are going to come back with a swing but on the way up, watch it slowly, even though it should never be done like this. Hold it up like this. I call it the birthday candle. One more time, slowly and I will do a complete move. Circle out and hold. Okay, watch the move from the side first the ballistic flowing smooth and fast circle. The front circle and back. Incredible forearm grip training exercise. It’s functional real life because nothing is static. Most things are not static in life. You’re in movement and in motion as you do things. You are also getting great coordination from any kettlebell move but in particular from this one. So if you can’t see but you could also stop it and just do circles or the other way. It’s a train. But I like putting things together making it functional the way we move and live.
