Working with Symbols in Flash CS3

This is Bill Macpherson for Expert Village so now we have the buttons and the platform all in one movie clip now if you wanted to you can make these buttons fly in, you can make them fade in or any type of thing like that. You can also setup a whole set of new buttons with a forward and backward button also that will move you through this timeline. Cause the movie clip is a movie basically inside a movie meaning it has it's own timeline just like your main movie it has a timeline. And you can also control the other timeline with these buttons through action scripts so now if we go back here you can see our buttons reappear cause now there part of this one graphic on your stage. And that's how you convert a photoshop element to a movie symbol in flash, I'm Bill Machperson for Expert Village.
