We are continuing now with our little cool character here. I want to move on to the torso and I think that this character calls for a tee shirt, so I am going to curve a line here at the bottom of the neck like so. Then I am going to do the same thing on the other side like so. I will then draw a line like this and then coming up again, curve it on down and do the same thing on the other side. We have done the same thing on the other side here as you can see, so we have continued to draw the line upwards and now we are going to bring it down again to match this side. So bring that curve down, and then close the bottom here. And let’s do a curvy line ever so slightly, not a straight line across but a curve to it. Now I have noticed here that one arm looks a little thinner then the other, again so what? It is a character, it is a cartoon character, a lot of different dimensions to cartoon characters, but if it really bugs you then you can just fill it in with color if you would like. It does not bother me though. Let’s give his shirt a little more detail, maybe some squiggly lines to represent wrinkles and he is a cool guy so you know what, I am going to write the word “Cool” right there on his shirt.
