What is a Fufanu BMX Bike Trick?

Now that we've talked about tail taps, it's time to talk about foo-foo-noos. It has a weird name, but it's a really cool and fun trick. The basic concept with a foo-foo-noo, is that on a quarter pipe, a wedge, pretty much you can stall on. You are going to want to go up, almost straight, and pick your front end up, and lock your back brakes, with your back wheel on the corner of the object; be it a quarter pipe, a sub-box, even a wedge something like that. And then, from there, you are going to compress your body and jump up, almost 180 degrees, and turn around and ride back out in the thing that you rode up on. It looks pretty easy when you do it, but having a good set of brakes really helps, and having a pretty good spin, you know having your 180s down and everything is going to make the whole learning process for the trick a lot easier. Pretty much the easiest way that you can learn how to do a foo-foo-noo, is on just a basic wedge. Something that's not too steep, and you're going to want to pick your front end up, and look for the corner, you know the top of the wedge, and the flat spot right there. You want to put your back wheel right on that corner there, because that will give you more control over where you're going, over your back wheel placement. So that way when you start trying to do foo-foo-noos on quarter pipes and sub-boxes, that kind of thing, it's going to make it a little bit easier because you're already going to know how to control where your back wheel lands.
