The Tuning Pattern of a Drum

Get it to about that point with there is pretty much no tension on each lug so you can start to give the drum key a good spin and you just get them off there as quick as possible. (unscrewing the lugs) Okay now you are going to want to go around again and make sure all the lugs are completely out, just loosen each one a little bit more. Remove the rim and set it down again in a safe place that won't scratch and damage and you can now lift the bottom head from the drum. Remove it and set it down.
