What you can start to do is place the drum key. Again, we are going to use the star pattern and we can start to give it a good spin. It should spin really well especially now that we've lubricated the lugs. You really are going to spin it until it stops on its own and that will be when it touches the rim. You are going to want to make sure that it is stopping because it is touching the rim and not because it ran out of momentum. Now this is a good time to check as I've done here. I've put the head on and it looks like it is rotated a little bit so that the logo isn't exactly where I had wanted it before so I am going to have to loosen the lugs a little bit so that I can rotate the head. You can really just kind of grab it underneath and make sure that it is in between what we call the 1 and 4 lug from the star pattern that we discussed. So you can go around again and make sure these are all, these all appear to be touching the rim. Now when you do this, you might have to do it even 2 or 3 times around to make sure that all the lugs are touching the rim because what happens is when you loosen say these 2 lugs and bring it down, this one in the middle might not really be touching the rim anymore. So once you start to tune this, you are going to start to unbalance the head a little bit.
