Heel Replacement for Men's Shoes: Part 1Hi my name is Harry I'm from The Shoe Doctor in Sherman Oaks Square for Expert Village I'm going to show you to change heels. This is a plier you just take it take out the old worn out heels. Take the new heels. We have to sand it with machine. Both sides they have to be nice and clean, just put the glue. Okay now we have to wait 10-15 minutes to it to dry.
