Learn Jabbing Techniques in Thai Boxing

Okay notice my footwork on this my left foot is going to turn. Okay I'm going to put a little bit more weight on my rear leg 60% maybe or maybe less. Okay notice my fist position in my elbow, my elbow is up, my fist my palms are down to the ground okay I have 2 version of these to different I can either have the palm facing down or the palm facing towards my face. But in both techniques I want to have my elbow up okay look where I'm from I don't do this. Okay I'm telegraphing to do when I do this again it is just from my stance. Boom nice and tight like that okay. Look at my right hand goes on the telephone okay, this punch can either go in the front of my face or on the side of the telephone. So the guy has to be here to so if I do this I'm guarding from the jab, my opponent is jabbing his right cross. If I do this I'm guarding from his kick coming up or his left hook. So it all depending on what he is doing I got to react to it okay. Next punch is going to be a uppercut.
