How To Do A Push Up With Resistance Bands

Hello, on behalf of Expert Village my name is Unique Anderson and I'm here with X, Los, and Arvy and we're here at Energy Fitness in New York City talking about resistance band techniques. OK, now we have the upper body and we're adding resistance band push-ups with resistance band presses with rotation. Again, we're on the stability ball, we're engaging the core of the glutes, the deep muscles that stabilize your spine, also here we're focusing on that resistance band through the whole plane of motion. Arvy is going to show you how to do a resistance band push-up focusing on the squeeze at the top with a lateral movement. OH, YEA, he gives us something - a resistance band push-up with a lateral movement. Now, over here, with Mr. Carlos we have a rotation chest press and then a regular press, squeeze, rotating the chest press, and press and then squeeze. Now, these exercises are very, very hard these aren't, these aren't exercises you can do while you're sleeping. You're focusing on that core, you're staying engaged and we're definitely focusing on the shoulder girdles in each of these movements. This could be a circuit, or this can be done by itself, 4 sets of about 15 reps. Get going! Lets go! Show 'em what you got! Show 'em what you got! Lateral movement with a push-up, we got this, easy stuff!
