Finding the Right Herbs for Your Body

So, what if you don't have an herb store on your table? What if you don't have the herb to hold in your hand? Then what can you do? Well, you can simply say it and even if you've never heard of it and you don't know what it is, your body somehow does. So, how about say burdock would be great to heal my cavity. (Burdock would be great to heal my cavity.) Wrong. How about calcium would be good for my cavity. (Calcium would be good for my cavity.) No. How about a vitamin of some kind would be good to heal my cavity? (A vitamin of some kind would be good to heal my cavity.) Aha! Alright. So, some kind of vitamin would help him with it. Say Vitamin A will help with that. (Vitamin A will help with that.) Vitamin A. What else? Would B vitamins help with that. No say, B vitamins will help with that. (B vitamins will help with that.) No. Vitamin C will help. (Vitamin C will help.) No, Vitamin D will help. (Vitamin D will help.) Yes. Vitamin E will help. (Vitamin E will help.) No, so you need vitamin A and vitamin D to help with your cavity. Vitamin K? (Vitamin K will help me.) No. Alright so you can ask your body, "What's going on?" And what do I need to fix it? So you can say, say pretend he has a stomach ache. You know I have a stomach ache. Is that an ulcer you can ask. I have an ulcer. (I have an ulcer.) No. But pretend he said yes. Alright, if he said yes, it does, ok. This herb will help my ulcer. This help will and you can narrow it down and you can find the exact right thing. And you can also say this food hurts my ulcer, this food helps my ulcer. What can I do that will help?
