Hi I'm Liz Hood on behalf of Expert Village and I'm going to be talking about taking your baby out on a hike now there's some dangers that you really need to be aware of. I was reading an article very recently that your not suppose to mix sunscreen along with deet bug spray they we're saying that the deet would poison the little kid and but if you put it on them allow to dry so that deet is not in the liquid state and then do the sunscreen that you'll be okay. And always never put chemicals on your babies skin take them out on a hike make sure that you give them a bath when you get home, so that there's no way can possible in justed just while there playing or whatever. Another thing that you need to absolute make sure of is that you don't over heat your baby that's really easy to do since they're right against you, and your hot and sweaty and they can't regulate there body temperature very well. And I would never put the baby in a situation where there could be even the possibility of frost bites, just because there a little extremities don't get near as good as circulation as an adult can, so if there's a chance in adult to get frostbites there's a very large chance that a baby can get frostbites. So I would just steer clear of any situations like that.
