How to Land an Ollie

This is Kyle Hovercamp from Skatechurch in Portland, Oregon. On behalf of Expert Village, this is the tutorial of how to learn how to ollie on your skateboard. In this clip, I'm going to be showing you how to land the ollie and how to put it all together with rolling. You got the pop and the jump. Slide your front foot up again and your board should be balanced. You want to land on the bolts because that's the strongest part of your board. You pop, slide, and you jump and it'll do the ollie. You want to land on the bolts. If you land on the tail, there's a chance that your tail can crack or break. Same with the nose or the middle of your board. The bolts are the strongest part. Now we're going to put it all together. The foot placement, rolling, popping, jumping, sliding your front foot up to level your board out, and landing. When you do all this stuff it has to be one motion and you should practice it as much as you can.
