Auto Create Guitar in Apple Logic Pro

Hi this is Bill Macpherson for Expert Village in this clip I'm going to show you how to record a guitar using audio create now we've already created our guitar track. You want to go to your record settings you want to make sure that audio create tracks and cycle recorders on and audio mute is off, now you want to setup your loop we're going to go with a 4 measure loop here. And when it goes through the cycle it'll create a new track but we'll be able to hear the previous one that was recorded cause they're going to be layered guitars. So we'll hit record okay we've created our guitar tracks you can see that it created a new track when it went through the cycle, but now we have 2 guitar regions here taking up one guitar track. Turn off the record we want to make them 2 different tracks so I'm going to choose this one as audio track 2. So now we can maybe take this one paint it to the left and take this one paint it to the right and we can listen to that back. And that's how you record a guitar track using audio create in logic pro.
