Hi! This is Bill Macpherson for Expert Village. Okay in this clip we are going to create a looping bass track using the same auto create track that we used with the drums. It is going to be done a little bit differently because we are not recording multiple instruments. We want to record different takes basically. Scroll where there is an empty track and you can just double click, will bring up a new track. We are going to choose audio instrument 2 and for this one we are going to choose ES2. The ES2 has lots of good bass sounds in there. We are going to choose punchy dbase. A good sounding bass. If it is record and able, you should be able to hear it. What we are going to do to set up this auto create track is with the mute on it. So you want to go to your record settings and make sure that auto mute and cycle record is selected along with auto create tracks. Close that window. Now what is going to happen when I hit the record button, every time it loops through it will create a new track but will mute the first one that you did. This way you will hear only your new track you are recording.
