Aquatic Arthritis Baseball Swing Exercise

Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Baseball swing. In this exercise, we'll hold our feet approximately shoulder width apart. Now, we'll take one leg forward holding 2 hands together and start swinging from low to high. From low to high. In this exercise, the pelvic and the trunk are moving as a unit. It's all from here to here move together all the time. Now, we can do it with the other side. So taking out the other leg forward, start to the other side low, and the high. Make sure your knees are bent all the time.
