How to Manipulate Graphics for Logo Design

This is John with Expert Village and I'm still telling you about how to make your logo. Okay, you've decided on your path, we're going to go with a full one. I kind of like it a little bit better. So now what you want is you want to be able to create a background, an image, something that relates to what you're all about. So get rid of all the junk on your screen and let's just choose this one up here, I kind of like this one. We're going to go for this one, let's erase the other one and we'll just stick with this as our main logo. So, this is our logo, it could stand by itself technically, but probably what you want to do is you want to create something of a graphic that will go with your logo. The text is so vital but you want it. So let's start with a circle, let's just grab a circle and let' s just fill it up. Let's say this deep blue here, we'll try that for the sake of this. What you want to do is you want to take a circle and you want to just begin to try, let's say if you like this circular thing, whatever it is if you decide you like circles then just pull the circles out, use your color marker, begin to highlight the colors that kind of fits with your scheme and just make up some circular patterns. What you do is keep creating circles and then use this. See on PhotoShop you have this little paint bucket so we'll just fill in what's inside of your circle. So for instance here, very simply just with a couple of touches we're able to use circles to create a cool little background.
