Hi this is Dave for Expert Village today we're going to discuss champagnes and sparkling wines now the tasting part I prefer my champagnes dry it goes with a lot of different foods, seafood especially is great with this, a can of pase appetizers are a type of thing. As we talked about a little bit earlier the demi sec the sec champagnes are a little sweeter even the extra dry champagnes, go really well with desserts believe it or not. So but for me there's a different types of descriptions of champagne some of the real dry one that are even described as steely, you get a nice just a real bite to it off of your tongue. Some of them have a little more sweetness to it but still dry and those are my favorites so it goes so well with the seafoods and all and this is a perfect example of one, a little pin point bubbles you can bring it into your nose just like a regular glass of wine. And get that nice nice smell and the flavor savor that into your mouth and just imagine that with some great lobster or this even stands up to beef dishes or pork dishes. This is a wonderful thing that shouldn't be just a treat on special occasions you should be able to have this anytime you like. So remember not all sparkling wines and champagnes but all champagne is sparkling wine just enjoy.
