Hi this is Dave for Expert Village today we're going to discuss champagnes and sparkling wines as I mentioned a little earlier champagnes depending on the house of champagne that makes it comes out a great reputations and great wines. Down to just regular family type of champagnes come with different price tags of course so more pain staking as the more it's going to cost ad thats a new mode of life there of course. When we start out with something like this, this veuve clicquotthis is about a $50 champagne, great champagne house great reputation very consistent flavors are always great. Then there's one Freixenet the Spanish champagne always really really consistent in the flavor you can always depend on everything you get out of this bottle. This is usually around $15 a bottle so as you can see much much less, then you get into the sherma process the ones that are this and you can get these for $5 dollars a bottle or so. Then there's some super premium champagnes that we don't have here right now, probably you know them by names but we won't bring it up, but they can go up as high as $300 a bottle. So probably out of reach for most of us but it's a great great thing you probably already seen ya'll favorite celebrities drink them so.
