Storing Champagne

Hi this is Dave for Expert Village today we're going to discuss champagnes and sparkling wines okay champagne to store this should be placed like any wine. In this case in the refrigerator you want to keep it chilled slightly, it doesn't have to be iced cold so you just want to lay it down in your refrigerator rack. That will keep it evenly chilled all the way around and with champagnes what your going to want to do is these are made drunk fairly young, the vintage champagnes you can usually keep around much longer for years in fact, there sort of built that way to be aged a little bit. But much champagnes are made to be used to be drunk very young while they still have a lot crispness to it, it's really fresh and tasting. Cause that's what it is very festive wine so it's best drunk very young.
