Hi this is Dave for Expert Village today we're going to discuss champagnes and sparkling wines a second method of making champagne and this is one where your going to get all your less expensive champagnes and won't get into any details about what names of those are. But the method that they make these and the reason why there so inexpensive is they don't go through the riddling process the blending of the wines, these are made in huge vets and injective carbon dioxide. And that is called bulk process and you'll see that on the bottle if you don't see méthode champenoise or fermentative on this bottle you know it's been made by this process. So less quality for sure lot more cheaper, more affordable for sure too, some can be tasty these are pretty sweet so they appeal to a lot of folks for that reason. Good celebratory champagne that you can shake up and shot in the sky to.
