I'm Dr T.K. Roy, speaking on behalf of Expert Village. There's a new feeding pattern. What we have seen is that there are different kinds of feeding patterns. In books you will find different kinds of feeding patterns. And the pattern is quiet different from farmer to farmer because they change the pattern depending on their experience in getting marks in their on farms. Now, in a text book you will see that the feed requirements in a day maybe about 120 grams. That feed you can give in divided doses: once in the morning and once in the afternoon, but the total volume is the same. Or, there is another system. You can give the feed once in the morning and that is all that is required for the day and they will start taking feed at their will. There are also other system devices that you could use to feed for a week and can forget about feeding for seven days. Whether it be because you are a very busy man or you may be going out somewhere. So you can put feed in the feeder for seven days and they will start taking feed and it will come out from the feeder and you need not add any feed for seven days. Also, another system of feeding. There are some farmers who will try to give dry feed and there are certain farmers who will try to give wet feed. They wet the feed with water and then they give it to the birds. Again, that is on the basis of their experience because some feel that the dry feed is wasted more than the wet feed, because when the birds take feed they waste some food. If the feed is wet, they don't waste as much. Those are the reasons that some prefer wet feed and some prefer dry feed. Then, there are different kinds of feed. Some feed is powder like and that is known as mesh. All the ingredients are there but it is in a powder form and the birds can pick up and eat. There is another kind known as the crumble feed that is not really powder but is not really pellet. It is something in between that crumbles and is broken. And, there is Turk type which is known as the pellet feed. It is a small pellet and is the same feed but it has been pelletized by putting it inside a pelleting machine so that it becomes the pelletized feed. The pelletized feed is preferred by some people because they wish to use less and it is bigger and gives them a little more profitability with less wastage. So that is another kind of feed and another feeding pattern. Thank you very much.
