How do I delete music from my ipod nano? Does it have to be song by song or several at a time?

You can delete the songs in iTunes if you don't want them at all anymore. They will be removed from your nano at the next sync.
Alternatively, if you do want the songs in iTunes but just not on your nano, you can use the checkboxes next to the songs in Tunes to indicate which ones should be synced to the iPod. Ticked = sync to iPod, Unticked = don't sync to iPod. You have to select the option to "Only update selected songs" (or something like that) in your iPod preferences.
Hope that helps! :)
Hey everybody! My name is Matt and I'm speaking to you on behalf of Expert Village. Alright, the first thing we're going to want to do is to download iTunes. If you want to start up your browser. You're going to want to navigate to www.apple.com/itunes. You're going to see a page that looks something like this. Then you'll see down here in the middle it says iTunes 7.3. The version might differ depending on when you're viewing this, but right now the current version is 7.3. Go ahead and click free download. You're going to need to put in your email address here. Go ahead and click download iTunes. I'm going to go ahead and click run and it'll start downloading. It's about a 50 megabit download, so it' might take a couple minutes. When it's done, it's going to go ahead and run so go ahead and click run. It's going to go ahead and install. After a couple of minutes, all you have to do is click finish and iTunes will start up.
