Cut Green Onions for Potato Salad

Hi! My name is Karl James, owner of Creolesoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm here to show you a traditional potato salad. Now, put a little green onion. For traditional potato salad, I'm going to use both the white and the green part or the green onion for flavor and for color. Now, it's up to you if you want to add green onion, go right ahead. If you don't, don't add it. You can add any kind of herbs that you like, some dill, a little fresh parsley, some rosemary if you like. Just have fun, play around, experiment. That's one of the cool things about cooking. It gives you the opportunity to be creative and to experiment. We'll get the green leafy part of our green onion or scallion chopped. Let's take it to the next step.
