Add Veggies to Potato Salad

Hi! My name is Karl James, owner of Creolesoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas, and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm here to show you a traditional potato salad. Now, we've got our potatoes mixed up with our dressing for our traditional potato salad. We're going to add all those veggies that we cut; the onion, green onion, red onion, celery, and we're just going to fold this in just like we did the potatoes. We don't want to break up the potatoes and it's supposed to be chunky. We just want to get all of that mixed together. Get everything covered. We got our veggies all mixed in there. Let's move on to our next step.
