Make Dressing for Potato Salad

Hi! My name is Karl James, owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm here to show you a traditional potato salad. Okay, now let's put together the dressing that we're going to use for this potato salad, which is going to consist of some mayo. In our case, we're using sandwich spread and some mustard. We're just going to get this all mixed together. It's real simple. At this point, you want to put your salt, your pepper in here. Let's do that. We're going to add a little pinch of salt, a little black pepper. We're going use a little bit of that dry basil. We're using dry basil, so I'm going to take it in my hand and just kind of break it up. Then just a few parsley flakes. We're adding this to the dressing because the dressing will coat everything. We get those flavors all throughout. Here we have it, the dressing for the potato salad. We'll move on to the next step.
