Chop Eggs for Potato Salad

Hi! My name is Karl James, owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm here to show you a traditional potato salad. Okay, now we're going to chop our hard boiled egg. We're using this for our traditional. We're just going to keep running our knife through this. Get it all chopped up. The egg is really kind of hard to just cube like everything else. We want the flavor of that nice hard boiled eggs mixed with those potatoes and the dressing we're going to make for it. Okay. I think this is a nice chop we got here on our boiled egg. We're going to mix that in and move on to our next step.
