Hi my name is Rich Buccola and on behalf of Expert Village. Today we are going to show you how to make a Greek feta cheese and tomato salad. Okay, we are back and this is something like let's see I have my table set up so even if your guest did come, you can actually sit them down. Today I'm having lunch with Gracie my dog and basically it is very simple just a nice a little spread. I take some olive oil, I put it over a plate like this, just a nice little smear of it, probably like table spoon in a half who knows. Just eyeball it. Shake up your vinaigrette, just put a little bit like right in the corner, it gives it a little color, a little effect. I take my Tarama Salata, we opening it up, take a nice big heaping of it and I just put it right in the middle. Gracie is dying to eat I can hear her, she is trying to jump on the table here. Opening up your crackers and basically these are like bagel crisp and you just put them around like that, around the plate like so. And you can actually do this while your guest are there. Just grab a few olives, it doesn't matter if you get some of the feta cheese and sort of garnish it a little bit like that. In fact the feta, get it in there as nice and that is it, that is your spread, you are ready to go. When we come back we will open some wine, we serve our salad and we have some lunch.
