Hi my name is Rich Buccola and on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make a Greek feta cheese and tomato salad. Okay you see it is just a simple lunch it took us under 10 minutes to really prep it. Great Great salad ready to go here but while I'm waiting for my guess of course I have my open beer but all kidding aside I get some bagel crisp. In this Euro Mart I actually get some really good crisper's Tarama Salata is a great caviar spread, just caviar eggs with yogurt it is delicious. Great spread. What I would do is on a plate which I would show you when I come back is put some olive oil on the plate, I actually add some of my raspberry vinaigrette, I steal a few olives from the what my call it from the salad it and put it in the a big hunk and chunk, a chunk from the Tarama Salata and then just spread some crackers around this could be a little appetizer before you have lunch.
