Add Vinaigrette to a Greek Feta Salad

Hi my name is Rich Buccola and on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make a Greek feta cheese and tomato salad. Alright so we have our salad it looks great it is basically done you got your lemon juice, your tomatoes, you cucumbers, and you olives in there the last thing you want to put in is a vinaigrette. You can make you own this is a raspberry vinaigrette that I absolutely love you want to put about a cup, I just eye ball I basically go around the whole thing giving it a good coating. And what I like to do now you can eat this salad right away but what I like to do is take a little saran wrap I would make this is the morning actually before I go to work and what is great is all these flavors would fuse together, I put it in the refrigerator and when I come home for dinner it is all ready all you have to do is add your feta cheese and your oregano right before. You just put out a little spread, and your beer and you got dinner. We are going to have dinner when we come back.
