Add Feta Cheese to a Greek Salad

Hi my name is Rich Buccola and on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make a Greek feta cheese and tomato salad. Okay it's what is great about this salad is the last thing we are going to put in is the feta cheese you wait right before you are serving it so you might want to make this yearly in the day. The last 2 things I like to put on is the oregano I use a punch, a punch being you know I fill up my hand with a punch. I'm not going to put it in now cause we are going to wait a little while before we cook it/before we serve it I mean. Right before you serve actually I just take a saran wrap keep it in your refrigerator right before you are about to serve right before you serve we would come back, we would show you we would put the feta cheese on, we would put the oregano, we are also going to do a side dish of Tarama Salata it is a caviar and yogurt dish just a little appetizer what we are going to use with the salad. A couple of beers and we are going to have lunch. We are also going to have some of the olive oil and we are going to pick out a few of the olives to put it with the caviar and a little of a bagel crisp just a little appetizer.
