Hi my name is Rich Buccola and on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make a Greek feta cheese and tomato salad. Okay so we are back you see I got my red onion in there it is starting to look like a beautiful beautiful salad, amazing colors, amazing amazing flavors all infusing together. The next thing that really makes this a Greek Greek salad is the Kalamata olive Greek olives. Now I use the pitted ones now some people say don't use the pitted ones I think there is more flavor in the pitted ones. This is about 1/2 pound I'm just going to put them all right in juice and all and just always going from the bottom starting up. This would actually start to give it a lot of flavor I like a lot of olive you don't have to put this much I really like it. I found people love to pick on the olives that love them like I do and I like the seeded one's go with whatever you like. Come back we are going to start wrapping this up get ready for lunch.
