Hi my name is Rich Buccola and on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make a Greek feta cheese and tomato salad. Alright so just want to let you in the last clip that our lemon juice, our tomatoes, big chunks of cucumber. Now we got our red onion now people say how do you cut a onion so you won't cry. I say cut it really fast so you won't cry I don't know. My aunt use to say if you didn't cut the end off you just work this end. I just try to cut it really fast, some people say you can light a candle. What I do is just cut the ends off here like that, cut the other end off, give it a little slice right here just to get off that extra skin. You are in a situation now where I'm not even crying yet going in maybe 10 seconds into this. Get off all that skin, push it to the side, I slice it really thin for the salad, nice thin slices. So again watch your fingers so you don't cut them, bend it at the knuckles the tips, just nice thin slices for your salad. And what you want to do then is just take it and try to break it up so it goes in like that and again very simple and you would see look no tears, no tear. Went that fast. Just try to cut it fast I think you know. Come back we are going to start to show you how to seasoning this and way to use the olive oil and how to put this together for lunch see you when I get back.
