Hi my name is Rich Buccola and on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make a Greek feta cheese and tomato salad. So big O cucumber is all you need, big chunks. Remember to hold you fingers in a tip I learned also from I think Rachel Ray I love watching Rachel Ray love here 30 minute meals. This is actually 30 minute meal even less. I think you can make and eat it in 30 minutes. So you can learn a lot from cooking shows Rachel Ray if she was not married and I wasn't she would be my girl. Anyway where just going to cut in about a inch a inch. Cut straight down you want to to be big, this salad is bold, big colors and what you are going to do once you cut it big like that what you are going to do is maybe grab 2 of them, cut it that way, turn it, cut it that way so you get some big oh chunks. Throw it right into your salad. I ball it you may have to much cucumber but really with this salad you can't put to much of anything in it. You really can't miss it up so big chunks of cucumbers give you great color, fresh rhombus, you may want to get a spoon now what you would do is start turning it around and get that lemon involved with it. Come back and we would show you how to cut that onion.
