Hi my name is Rich Buccola and on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make a Greek feta cheese and tomato salad. Okay what is great about being in New York City is that we get the best of everything as far as vegetables, produce, breads, even hard to get thing like you know Greek olives and feta cheese fresh feta cheese right from Greece. But the other thing is that we are very tight in space usually so this is a great salad I'm actually going to make it right here at this table and actually sit here and have lunch. Open up a beer and show you how to do it. So first thing what we want to do is cut our tomatoes and a little safety trick I like to bend my fingers in as you slice so your knuckle could never actually protect you from getting cut so you always want to hold it like this and it is amaze we are just going to slice them straight down this way to cut them into wedges. You want big big pieces in this salad cut them this way as you are like this you may just want if they are to big cause these are really big tomatoes just cut these all in half and you have your wedges and just put them in your bowl and whola that is the beginning of our salad.
