Hi this is Rich Buccola in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to make some garlic bread. Okay so it has been about 20 minutes and I'm pretty sure our garlic bread is done. What we are going to do now is put our boiler put our oven to set to broiler I come over here and I open it up and you can see it is going to be nice and melted the cheese is going to look great but now what we are going to do is I'm going to actually add some more graded Parmesan to the top this would help it brown and we are actually going to put it in our boiler for 2 minutes only. Keep a eye on this it burns very fast if you don't There has been times where I have burned it and you might if you don't keep a eye on it. It is very fast after this point. What you are going to do is just cut it in slices, get some get a basket or a bowl to put it in and a little paper towels to keep it warm and it is ready to go. So here we go we are just going to put it right in on boiler very simple and we are going to keep a eye on it 2 minutes. 2 minutes and it should be done come back at you.
