Hi this is Rich Buccola in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to make some garlic bread. Okay just with a added note with the garlic again you see it cools down a little bit, if it cools it really comes out that easy I just wanted to show you. What I do I actually save it, I save it in a little Tupperware and what I like to do is just get it all out, you see it comes out easy. And what is nice to do you know you put it like this you can mush it up a little bit, put on the cover, save it in your refrigerator if you need like for a paste or something, some added garlic you can throw it in your pan. It is really it is nice to have and you can actually heat it up right in your microwave and it is good as the day you made it. And it taste amazing that is what makes this bread so good and I know it seems like a difficult thing to do but you are really going to enjoy this with the roasted garlic. What you can do is with this extra you can put it on bagel crisp take some all the time cut them into little slices or actually toasted them in the oven with some olive oil and it becomes a nice little snack just something extra. You know you make a lot of it, it is very cheap and very good, it is very addicting. Make sure everyone eats it so you won't have that garlic bread that is the whole this for garlic to if everyone eats garlic you won't have it on your breath or you won't smell it. You will but no one would notice so and it is very healthy for you to so roasted some garlic.
