Hi this is Rich Buccola in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to make some garlic bread. Alright so basically what we are almost done we are prepping it. I'm going to add some oregano again just a punch. A punch is like a fist full not even a fist full for this bread that should be more then plenty. Just lightly go over it, putting it on there. Also you are going to put some parsley flakes is nice again a punch. A punch see then I as I'm doing it I'm actually crushing it. Here is what I do now a little trick to make it a little to so it isn't so dry I take a little olive oil now and just drizzle it right over the top. And what I do now before I do anything I just fold it over like this. Okay so after you get your 2 spices of oregano and parsley fold you bread back like this, put it in some tin foil like this, wrap it up, wrap it up in your tin foil, wrap both ends really tight. Get your oven to 350, put it in a nice preset oven for about 20-25 minutes no more then that and when you take it out we are going to put in the boiler for about 2 minutes. We are going to add some more cheese to give it that brown effect I'm going to show you the finish product.
