Add Parmesan to Garlic Bread

Hi this is Rich Buccola in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to make some garlic bread. Next thing I'm going to do is put some Parmesan cheese. I use Parmesan in the shredded and in the graded formula. Use fresh Parmesan cheese please don't buy that can stuff that sits in the counter for months. Even though it is aged I understand I just believe getting the fresh stuff if you can. I sprinkle a nice portion over it this would give it a nice browning effect. The reason I use both the graded and the shredded is because the shredded would actually give it some nice cheese you know you would see that cheese melted. So again we are going to use graded and then I take some nice shredded. Put a nice heaping mount of shredded and we come back we would keep cooking this bread for you.
