Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you have to make some garlic bread. Okay, what you want to use is garlic for garlic bread; main ingredient, that and the bread of course. What I like to do is I like to roast my garlic and the reason I do that is, it is easy to spread it, it actually becomes like a butter when you roast it, it's very simple to do. Basically, go out and get some fresh garlic. I'm going to do a few pieces today just because it's nice to have, you can always just reheat it up and it works for you. This is the bottom of the garlic, you want to take the top part and just cut it straight down. This is an easy way, some people have garlic roasters, they're like pottery things you can put the garlic in. They're great. I use to have one and it broke and I just never got another one. But, what you're going to then, is just I use some tin foil and put it in your oven. But before I do that I take some olive oil, nice extra virgin olive oil and what I'm going to do is actually just pour it right on top of each one. It will help it open up and loosen up and it becomes almost like a butter spread when it's done. That's all you got to do, just let that soak for a second and when I come back I'll show you how to put it in the oven and get it ready.
