Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to make some garlic bread. Okay, first thing you might want to do is just actually, we'll take our Italian bread and just cut the whole thing straight through. Be careful, just cut it nice and easy, come straight through your bread. This is a nice semolina bread, you're welcome to try anything you like. I like the semolina, it came fresh out of the oven. Some people like to hollow out their dough, I don't do that I use the dough, I leave it in, I like it like that. So, that's the first thing you're gonna do is just cut your bread in half and maybe hollow out the dough if you don't want it. People that are on those diets with carbs and stuff might want to hollow it out. I like it. Come back, we'll show you more.
