Garlic Bread Ingredients

Hi, this is Nick Buccola here, in New York City, and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to make some garlic bread. Alright, so today I'm going to show you how to make some garlic bread. My aunts, who are Irish, actually grew up in an Italian neighborhood. I think I told you this before, they would make these great Italian dishes and one of them was garlic bread . Believe it or not I think the Italians perfected this, at least in America. The Irish girls that lived in there, my mother and her sister's, they showed me an old recipe and I think it's going to be a great one. We're fortunate enough to be in New York City, which I will brag and say is the best bread in the world. Better than anywhere else. I think it has something to do with our water. I'm actually convinced it's the best water on the planet. So, gonna get some fresh Italian bread, garlic, what I do is I roast my garlic, which I'm gonna show you how to do. Need some Parmesan cheese, I use shredded Parmesan cheese and granule Parmesan cheese. Parsley flakes, I just use dried, a little oregano, some olive oil and some butter and some fresh pepper and that's going to be your ingredients today for our garlic bread.
