Hi, this is Karen for Expert Village. Now let's decorate our frozen chocolate cake mousse with our whip cream in our pastry bag. We're just going to make very simple circles all the way around the edge and you just squeeze gently on the pastry bag if you need to stop and twist the bag to get more pressure and just continue making circles all the way around. Whip cream is very forgiven in decorating pretty much anything you do is going to look good, stop and twist if you need more pressure and go all the way around, we're going to go around again. We're filling in most of the top of the cake and just twist that bag and keep going and we'll go around one more time to fill in the center and just a little on the top. Now I'm going to sprinkle our cake with a little bit of dark cocoa powder just as a compliment, just take a bit and sprinkle like that.
