Removing Chocolate Mousse From the Pan

Hi, this is Karen for Expert Village. Now let's decorate our frozen chocolate mousse. I removed it from the freezer, it's not completely frozen yet but we'll still try our decorating. First you want to take a flat spatula knife and loosen the edge all the way around, you want to make sure the knife gets down all the way down. This mousse is a little soft, it's better if it's totally frozen and then you can release the spring form of the spring form pan and take it out. We'll place that on our serving dish. I'm going to leave the bottom of the spring form pan on with the cake on it since it's not totally frozen for me and next we'll decorate it with some whip cream.
